Introduction

Welcome to DGi Kural, a mobile application ("App") operated by DGi WORX ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of DGi Kural and set forth the legally binding terms for your access to and use of this App.

User Registration and Accounts

• To use the App, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your name, email address, phone number, and a secure password.
•  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities under your account.

App Usage

• The App provides Game Mode and Practice Mode for user engagement.
• We collect user location data for enhancing user experience and may use it for providing location-based features.

Acceptable Use

• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the App.
• Prohibited activities include harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the App.

Intellectual Property Rights

• All intellectual property rights in the App, its content, and the underlying technology are owned by DGi WORX.
•  Your use of the App does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except for the limited rights of use specified in these Terms.

Privacy and Data Use

• Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
•  By using the App, you agree to our data practices, including the collection, use, processing, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and Availability

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any service to which it connects, with or without notice.
• We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DGi WORX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

•  These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
•  Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
  

Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the updated Terms on the App or through other communications.
• Your continued use of the App after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
